  • What can I expect from coaching?

    I will guide you through an 8-session coaching process designed to help you create a personalized, actionable health plan for optimal well-being. Change is a nonlinear journey, and it’s normal to experience both moments of progress and periods of doubt along the way. I will provide ongoing support to help you navigate these challenges, ensuring you stay on track toward lasting transformation. Integrative Health Coaching Sessions are $100 each.

  • Is coaching the right fit for me?

    If you're ready to make a change, assess your values, and clarify your health intentions, coaching can be an invaluable resource. While I provide guidance, resources, and strategies to facilitate healthy behavior changes, I do not diagnose illnesses, disorders, or prescribe medical treatments. My role is to support you in achieving your wellness goals, not to offer medical or psychological therapy.

  • Why do clients work with private health coaches?

    Many clients appreciate the safe space and partnership coaching provides as they move through life’s seasons. Whether focusing on a single topic over a few months or working on various areas of well-being for years, a coach is a dedicated, confidential advocate in your corner throughout your wellness journey.

  • What can I expect from private yoga?

    Just like coaching, my yoga sessions are personalized to your specific health goals. Packages range from 6 to 10 sessions for individuals or groups, or I can design a single session for a special event such as a birthday or bachelorette party. Each session is $100 per hour.

  • What level is considered ready to begin private yoga lessons?

    All I ask is that you come with curiosity. No prior experience is needed for private yoga lessons—many clients prefer a few private lessons before attending a studio class. Even seasoned practitioners can benefit from private sessions to address injury prevention, refine poses or sequences, explore alignment, or enhance their meditation practice.

  • What types of clients do you specialize in supporting?

    I thoroughly enjoy working with people from all walks of life, but my expertise is particularly focused on supporting teens, college-aged adults, individuals in high-stress roles prone to burnout, caregivers, and parents.

  • What can I expect from a well-being workshop?

    I also specialize in supporting professionals in high-stress fields, such as teachers, fundraisers, and healthcare workers, who experience high rates of burnout. After understanding the unique needs of your team, I’ll develop a tailored session or series of sessions to meet the group’s wellness goals. These sessions can be complemented by individual coaching before or after to create a well-rounded professional development experience focused on health and well-being. Sessions are billed at an hourly rate of $100.
