Health & Wellness Coaching
I partner with individuals and groups to navigate their journeys toward achieving health and wellness goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s working well and identify areas that may be challenging. As your guide in this collaborative process, I’ll help you develop actionable plans while honoring you as the true expert of your own life experiences. I have supported clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My expertise lies in working with teens, college-aged adults, individuals in high-stress roles prone to burnout, as well as caregivers and parents.
Yoga & Meditation
I offer private yoga and guided meditation sessions tailored to individuals who want to deepen their practice or explore it for the first time. Additionally, I can curate personalized experiences for small groups, whether for special occasions or corporate settings. Sessions can be customized to include seated practice, walking meditation, or reflective journaling, creating meaningful somatic engagement. Coaching can also be combined with yoga and meditation if you are interested in a holistic experience.
Well-being Workshops
Looking to explore a wellness topic and leave with actionable strategies for your team? I can enhance your retreats, learning days, or team meetings with a wellness-focused session tailored to your group’s needs. Each session is fully customizable and includes a half-hour planning call to ensure it aligns with your goals. I’ve previously worked with fundraisers to prevent burnout and educators to build resilience, and I’d love to bring these insights to your team. Let’s create a transformative experience together!
