Teen Wellbeing Group Coaching Class
JULY-AUGUST 2025
Using the Radical Grit curriculum, I am offering a small in-person group coaching series for 4 tp 6 teens that will focus on emotional regulation, attention, resilience, and self-awareness in a supportive space. The group will meet four times for one-hour sessions (scheduled based on our collective availability) that include light physical movement (walking, stretching), meditation, contemplative skills, and meaningful discussion.

Whether it's guiding mindful movement sessions with curious elementary schoolers, supporting teens through group coaching for mental and emotional well-being, or helping young professionals set the foundation for healthy habits as they enter the workforce, my approach meets each person where they are.
I also support busy parents and caregivers in navigating stress, building sustainable workout routines, or making nourishing food choices that work for real life. And for larger groups—like schools, nonprofits, and corporate teams—I help shape wellness strategies that center people, foster resilience, and build community.
